The Champions Fund is designed to provide opportunities for Oregon School District Students to experience, grow and learn. The Fund will cover the costs of activities and materials that will enhance learning, relationships and connection for individual students who may not have these opportunities available to them otherwise.
 
Examples of what the Champions Fund may support include supplemental classes, activities and experiences, leadership opportunities, equipment, instrument rental, athletic passes, etc. 

Nominations may be submitted by Oregon School District staff, which is consistent with our mission to support and partner with our schools to eliminate basic need barriers to learning. Kids learn best when they are fed, healthy and have a positive environment in which to learn.

Awards of funding are based on individual student achievement of educational goals despite barriers to learning as well as demonstrated family financial need.
